Consultations and appointments
The free consultation, on WhatsApp, by photos or at the clinic, comes with no obligation. We see patients by appointment only. Before any procedure you’ll sign an informed consent form covering its risks, aftercare and conditions.
Prices and promotions
Prices on the website are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price of your treatment is confirmed in writing after your consultation.
The Year-end offer applies to surgeries booked before December 31, 2026; the procedure itself can take place after that date.
Financing
Financing is offered through CareCredit and is subject to its credit approval and terms. AMAhair is not the lender.
Guarantee
The 1-year guarantee applies to hair, beard and eyebrow transplants. It covers a touch-up if, after one year, the design didn’t turn out right or the agreed density is missing, only in the treated area. Its full conditions are in the consent form you sign before surgery.
Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about us and contact us. You may not copy its text, photos, videos, logos or design for other purposes without our written permission. Patient photos are published with their authorization and may not be reused.
Links to other sites
The website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media and CareCredit. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, AMAhair is not liable for damages arising from use of the website. None of this limits your legal rights or what you sign in your consent form.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA). Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
